Simple On Site ships all of our orders via Royal Mail/FedEx/DHL/EVRI/DPD.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.  And we also want you to shop with confidence knowing your product is handmade and has never been used by another customer.

Damaged Items


  If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email or  message within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of the damaged product.
  Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
